Ruella Crouch — Managing Director
Ruella started her recruitment career in 1987, working her way up to Operations Manager for an independent consultancy, managing a team of 25 consultants within the Commercial and Finance arena. In 1999, she co-founded Ruella James where as well as her role as MD, she places candidates at all levels with a specific focus on our executive division. |

Katie Wakeling — Business Manager
A graduate in education, Katie initially worked for McKinsey & Co as an Internal Recruiter and then Michael Page International as a Recruitment Consultant. Katie joined us in January 2003, placing candidates at all levels with a specific focus on entry level candidates. She is also responsible for our Finance, Advertising and New Business Registration.

Sarah Richardson — Business Manager
Sarah started in recruitment in 1993 as a trainee with an independent finance and commercial recruiter and progressed quickly to Temporaries Controller and Business Development Manager. Sarah joined Ruella James in 1999 and places recruitment consultants at all levels. She is also responsible for developing all new business. Sarah works Wednesday to Friday. |

Laura Graham — Business Manager
Laura started her recruitment career in 1994 as a Temps Controller. She moved to a niche recruiter, progressing to Team Leader and finally Assistant to the Operations Manager. She moved into HR for JP Morgan and then Local Government, before returning to the industry. She is responsible for our candidate generation, PR, advertising and website. |

James Wilkinson — Chief Executive
After working in the City as a Gilt Broker, a short stint in Property Management and five years running his own video production company, James became one of the founder Directors of UK Telecom plc, specialising in the design, manufacture, operation and management of payphones. In December 1999, James co- founded Ruella James. |
