Referrals
The candidate must complete 13 weeks employment for the referrer to qualify for a referral bonus. Please note, referrals will not qualify for the scheme if Ruella James is already aware of the candidate. In the instance where a candidate is introduced by more than one person, the 1st referrer only will qualify for the referral bonus. Payments will only be made on the first placement, for example, if Ruella James places the same candidate on a future occasion, a second referral bonus will not be paid to the original referee. Only permanent placements qualify. Ruella James decision will be final on all disputes.
