SENIOR CONSULTANT/TEAM LEADER FOR BANKING RECRUITER
Senior Consultant – Banking or Financial Services
Basic c. £30-45k, OTE £80K+ plus good benefits and excellent commission upto 30%
Based London - City
The Person:
- Candidates must be at Senior Consultant or Team Leader level ideally with some previous man – management experience
- Track record in the Banking or Financial Services recruitment sector is essential but any area
- Experience of Temp or Perm Recruitment
- Candidates should be motivated, credible and have gravitas to liaise at senior level
- Enjoy working to high standards and enjoy providing a value added service
The Company:
- New Business started in April 2010 and financially backed
- Company profitable after 4 months
- MD has 10 years experience in Banking and Financial Services recruitment
- Fantastic personal track record of billing – very hands on style
- Have won a number of PSL’s with the Banks – so warm accounts to work on
- More business than they can handle and now looking to grow
- Lucrative 10 year plan with exit strategy
The Role:
- To work alongside the MD who does Change and Project Management
- Opportunity to run a dual desk if would prefer
- Salaries on Perm roles £50k-120k and contract £350 - £800 a day rate
- Warm client base and lots of PSL accounts in place
- Opportunity to bring on consultants and set up new teams
- To be part of the bigger exit plan if so desired
- Commission up to 30% - lucrative opportunity
