WORK WITH AN INDUSTRY LEADING MEDIA AND MARKETING RECRUITER
Recruitment Consultant – Perms Creative Desk, Agency side - Media and Marketing
Basic to £30k, OTE £45-50k plus 20 days holiday, highly competitive commission structure
Based Islington, London
The Person:
We are looking to recruit a consultant with a personable manner which allows them to deal with clients in a manner which will develop commercial relationships without appearing “salesy”. You should have previous exposure to working in the market, although cross-training will be provided where necessary. A passion for all things media and marketing, with an eye for creative detail is essential, as is the ability to communicate well both over the phone and face-to-face. You should have a demonstrable track record of success working on a perm desk, and be fully versed in all aspects of the recruitment process.

The Role:
This role will see you responsible for taking on an existing desk recruiting Creative professionals into advertising agencies. With an enviable client base already in place, you will be responsible for servicing the current business in place, in addition to developing new relationships within your database. A candidate driven market, you will need to focus on the attraction of new CV’s, both through advertising and database work as well as networking, which will form a large part of the role. The emphasis is very much on getting to know your clients and candidates as well as possible to allow you to provide a genuinely consultative approach and to ensure that they are as well matched as possible.
