Senior Consultant - HR Recruitment
Basic to £45k, OTE £80k ++ plus generous base, 2 x yearly bonus, 25 days hols, pension and health, child care vouchers,
Based London - West End
The Person:
The right candidate should be someone with a strong background in professional recruitment placing candidates at senior level i.e. Director, CEO, CFO level in to HR or another professional market . You will need to have a good understanding of what is involved in this role and enjoy all aspects. Your role will be varied but requiring dedication and a proactive approach. You should want to successful and make money for yourself. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and have lots of energy. You should have a genuine interest in the HR market and relish working in a sophisticated and unique sector.

An established, niche recruitment consultancy specialising in HR recruitment on a permanent and interim basis. This exciting business works with excellent blue chip and leading organisations, having contact with high level senior clients and being given fantastic networking opportunities. They work on a contingent and retained basis specialising in dealing up to Senior Level. The company are a small team of dedicated professionals with a strong and successful recruitment background who can offer their staff real autonomy and responsibility for their own work load.
The Role:
This unique and exciting opportunity will involve working on a warm desk dealing with salaries from mid – senior level and working on some retained work , across a range of industry sectors. You will be working closely with your colleagues and a Researcher, who will support and train you in this sector. Your clients will range from boutiques to blue chip businesses. You will be required to work quite autonomously but support will be given. A professional attitude is essential, along with attention to detail.
