Claire is a Client Partner at Ruella James and is responsible for recruitment across all sectors but with a focus on Office Support, Marketing, Data & Analytics and HR placing candidates with 6 months plus up to experienced recruitment consultants in roles up to Team Leader level, throughout our high-profile client base.
Claire has nearly 20 years Recruitment experience across Office Support Recruitment and Sales & Marketing Recruitment for Hotels and Venues Internationally. Claire joined Ruella James in June 2021 and has really found her home. She absolutely loves working with other Recruiters and enjoys the common ground they have.
When out of the office Claire loves spending time with her family (her partner and twin girls) and her little rescue cat. She also loves all genres of music, dancing, pilates and is a big fan of Netflix shows such as Breaking Bad, Trueblood, Ozark and real-life documentaries. Loves cooking and hosting for people whenever possible but is useless at baking! Don’t ever ask her to make a cake..
