Karen is responsible for overseeing the Executive Recruitment-to-Recruitment division, placing experienced candidates looking for management and director level roles, whilst working on a range of retained projects for various clients.
Karen has been a part of the Ruella James team since 2009. Before Ruella James, Karen enjoyed an extensive career working for the likes of Robert Half, Albemarle and Office Angels, both in the U.K. and Australia. She has worked in consultant, executive and managerial roles, placing candidates in a range of roles across the financial sector, and also has extensive experience across C&I and Professional Services.
When out of the office, Karen enjoys spending time outdoors, participating in sponsored swimming events, climbing mountains or taking hikes with her son and Maxi, their Norfolk Terrier. She is also learning to play the guitar.
