Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultants required for busy Digital market

The Role:
Working in an established team of 3 Recruitment Consultants
Working across the Digital market on UX/UI, or Project Management/Client Services
Utilising an existing client base
Working on Perm roles
Placing all levels from Graduates to senior level roles;
Must be happy to Business Develop with new clients
To work proactively with clients and candidates as a 360 Recruiter
Support from Management and training
The Person:
Experienced Recruitment Consultants within the Digital Marketing market
UX, UI or Project Management, Client Services experience
360 recruitment experience with a strong proven track record of achievement
Excellent relationship building skills with clients and candidates
Able to work in a small, growing team environment
Must be adaptable, organised, proactive,
Professional, highly self-motivated individuals who want a rewarding opportunity
