The Role:
This senior role is an excellent opportunity to lead an existing team; placing mid-to-senior level interim candidates into tech roles across Insurance and Financial Services.
Your focus will also be to develop new business, ideally within a new sector.
Our client is keen to scale up this business across different sectors and to grow this to a headcount of 20.
The Person:
You will have previous experience in managing and growing a team of successful high billers, within contract IT recruitment.
You are inspirational and have lots of drive and a solid track record of winning new Business.
You are well presented and have excellent communication skills.
