Basic c. $100,000 - 150,000 plus an additional $150-200,000 in bonus

The Role:
Our client is looking for a senior level Healthcare Recruiter with management AND Healthcare full desk recruitment experience. This is a key role for the business, and you will be responsible for managing, growing, and developing a recruitment team of 12+ Healthcare recruiters in New York.
The Person:
Must have previous Healthcare staffing/recruitment experience in the US
Management experience
Ability to run a high-level P&L
Full desk recruitment experience
Strong business development skills
