The Person:

  • Must have experience in a 360 recruitment role- Consultant/Senior Consultant

  • Strong market experience in one of the following areas – Finance, Compliance or Financial Crime space

  • Must have a strong and consistent billing track record

  • Strong business development and client relationship building skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Confident and professional approach/ability to liaise at the mid -senior end of the market
