The Person:

This role will ideally suit someone who has ideally managed a legal recruitment team that recruits in any of the following areas: in house, commercial or civil.However, our client is open to cross training someone from another sector if they have strong management skills.You will have a proven track record of growing and developing a team, whilst also managing your own desk.You will need to be credible and confident to deal at Senior level with clients and candidates!  You will be motivated, organised with excellent communication skills.

The Role:

  • Business planning and financial accountability (full P+L accountability)

  • Promotion of values, culture and management behaviours (particularly as a role model)

  • Systems, processes and compliance management (especially around driving accountability)
