The Role:
As Perm Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing the team, currently 2 members of staff but an option depending on your experience to manage 4.
Whilst they have lots of warm clients, there's a strong BD focus to this role, the aim will be to go out there and win the business and then pass this back to the people in your team, as well as handling the senior roles.
Training and development of the team.
Networking with COO, CTO and CPO client contacts.
