The Person:

Are you an established Accountancy & Finance Perms Manager with experience of recruiting PQ A&F in the London market; one who has a strong track record? Do you have experience of managing staff and a desk simultaneously? You must have a professional and proactive approach and still retain a real passion for recruitment and delivering results.

The Company:

Having been established for 15 years, our client has built a good brand in the C and I Accountancy and Finance market. They have a strong brand name and continue to grow year on year! Self-improvement is positively encouraged and excellent training programmes are in place.

The Role:

Manage a PQ team of perms consultants, it’s high volume and fast paced. There’s lots of great clients across C&I. Whilst this is a mature environment you will proactively leads your team, set team targets, monitor, train and review their performance and progression within the business.
