The Person:

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition for Entry Level Recruitment - ideally within a Professional Services environment

  • A keen interest in the Graduate/Entry Level recruitment market

  • Someone who has completed at least 1 year cycle of Graduate Recruitment

  • A Talent Acquisition specialist who enjoys working with a professional yet down to earth team.

  • Working to high standards and with autonomy

The Role:

  • Talent Acquisition Advisor to support Graduate/Entry Level recruitment for the UK. The team is responsible for attracting and recruiting junior talent into both Consulting and their Specialist opportunities, through strategic initiatives across UK and European universities. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the summer internship programme, organising and attending recruiting events, organising assessment days and ensuring high quality candidate management throughout the process.

  • You will have management of the Summer Internship, Event Planning and Management, Specialist Management and Assessment & Selection Administration, Candidate & Stakeholder Management, On-boarding Administration and Recruitment System Updates.
