The Person:
Entry level Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work within Property/Facilities Recruitment
Open on sector as will cross train but some sales or recruitment experience preferred
Understanding or knowledge of the recruitment market
Track record of personal success in previous role
Confident to work in a sales environment
Strong communication/listening skills
Able to demonstrate a natural hunger and drive to succeed
Committed to a career in recruitment

The Role:
Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join one of their successful teams
Will be a given an individual training programme
Role will include Resourcing Candidates, vetting, interviewing and building relationships
Developing new business and building client relationships
Attending client meetings
Taking job briefs
Shadowing colleagues
Utilising the office resources to assist you
Working closely with Management to make sure you are successful!
