Rachel is our Senior Talent Partner at Ruella James and is responsible for attracting and nurturing our candidates across all our sectors from trainee level up to executive level.
Rachel has over 10 years Recruitment experience as a Senior Talent Manager withing the Recruitment to Recruitment Sector. She previously spent 10 years working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant recruiting within Digital Media, Creative and Search predominately placing candidates within Digital, Mobile, TV, Outdoor, Events and Agency roles.
Rachel began her Recruitment journey at Office Angels where she was for 4 years. Ruella James was recommended to Rachel when she was looking to move roles and we placed her in two of our clients before she came onboard to focus on our Talent within the business and the rest is history!
When out of the office Rachel loves spending time with her family. She has two girls that keep her busy and one that is just starting to steal all her make up and perfume! She was born in South Wales in Port Talbot and still has lots of friends and family there that she visits regularly. She loves the beach in all weathers and walks around the Gower Peninsula - her favourite beach is Caswell Bay! Rachel loves eating out , seeing friends, and dog sitting her sister in-laws pet Parsons Terrier Buddy Boo!
