Account Executive/Account Manager - Marketing & Sales - Recruitment

Basic c. £20-40k

OTE c. £50-70k

Hybrid Working - 2 days in the office, Tuesday/Wednesday

The Role:

  • Achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives

  • Generate success from sales calls

  • Generate high quality candidates

  • Managing client relationships to the highest standard

  • Effectively cross-sell all aspects of the company

  • Be a brand champion for the company

  • Evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations

  • Ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed

  • Delivering of Sales Training

  • New Business Tenders and Pitches

  • Supporting Senior Management with agreed duties

  • Maintaining all relevant management information on their CRM
