​Senior Accountancy Recruitment Consultant - Perm – Qualified Finance into Real Estate

The Person

  • Experienced 360 Accountancy and Finance Recruiter – you can be working into any industry background.

  • Would suit someone working at Part Qualified level and looking to take that next step up to Qualified?

  • Or perhaps you do Qualified Finance but would love to have more opportunity to work in a sector that isn’t saturated?

  • You will need to have a consistent billing track record and demonstrate your ability to open client doors and build relationships.

  • Would suit someone proactive self-motivated, willing to learn and able to collaborate as part of a team.

The Role

  • Joining a successful team of 3 you will take over a very warm desk, previously billing £250k + 

  • Replacing someone who has moved internally, the current team are long standing with the top biller doing over £100k quarter.

  • The Director of this team has been keeping this desk warm – generating £30/40k a quarter.  

  • You will be working on permanent Qualified Finance roles with an average fee of £14k +

  • Your client portfolio includes Construction, Asset Management, Investment organisations, Developers, Property Companies

  • This active client base has over 50% of the clients with TOB’s already agreed.

  • This is a full 360 recruitment position and will require someone who is comfortable building strong relationships.
