The Person:
Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader / Managing Consultant who has a track record of success.
They will cross train on sector, but you must have a genuine passion/knowledge for Fashion/Retail Sector.
You will lead from the front and be happy to remain hands on billing.
The ideal candidate must be polished in presentation and have excellent communication skills.
You will also need to be commercially astute and have the desire and attitude to be successful.

The Role:
You will be managing and developing a team of 2 consultants with the plan to grow this by another 2 Consultants.
This is a hand on role recruiting for head office staff, this covers a variety of positions both temp and perm to include Buyers, Merchandisers, Designers, Marketing, Production Managers, E Commerce / Digital, Wholesale, Finance, HR.
Attend client meetings/ networking events, clients in this space have high expectations, so you will need to be credible and charismatic.
