Associate Partner – Search

Basic c. £80–120k DOE

OTE c. £200-300k+

Based London + Hybrid with 2 or 3 days in the office



  • Work closely with the business owner in this established boutique search business

The Person:

  • You will be an experienced search consultant who has managed staff before.

  • Ideally, you will have a network in Financial Services or can bring a new sector offering.

  • You will be polished, have integrity and great interpersonal skills.

  • Alongside the MD you will have a real flare for developing and growing a team and working strategically to help further grow the business.

  • This isn’t a hierarchical business; they truly work collaboratively as a team.

  • You will lead an established team who manage mandates across Financial Services, Retail, Tech, Consumer, Utilities, Energy.

  • They measure success not just on the successful introduction of an executive, but on the realisation of their customers’ strategic objectives, executive longevity, stick rate and executive promotion.
