Associate Partner – Search
Basic c. £80–120k DOE
OTE c. £200-300k+
Based London + Hybrid with 2 or 3 days in the office
Work closely with the business owner in this established boutique search business

The Person:
You will be an experienced search consultant who has managed staff before.
Ideally, you will have a network in Financial Services or can bring a new sector offering.
You will be polished, have integrity and great interpersonal skills.
Alongside the MD you will have a real flare for developing and growing a team and working strategically to help further grow the business.
This isn’t a hierarchical business; they truly work collaboratively as a team.
