Associate Recruitment Consultant - Finance

Basic c. £25,000

OTE c. £30-40,000 in year 1

The Person:

  • High level of energy and enthusiasm

  • First class communication skills

  • A genuine interest in people

  • Have the ability to cold call in order to introduce yourself and the company

  • Possess a strong command of English, verbal and written

  • Be a team player and share in the success of your colleagues

  • Candidates will ideally be educated to degree level

  • Some previous experience working within a sales position such as, Telesales, B2B media sales, Estate agency etc would be advantageous but not essential.

The Role:

  • Business development: generate new business, generate and follow leads.

  • Account Management: build relationships ensuring you are always your clients first port of call, and be an advisor on the market you specialise in.

  • Take job briefs and writing job adverts.

  • Proactive searches: candidates; database, headhunting, generating referrals, participating in events etc.

  • Interviews: over the phone and in person, understanding the candidates background and motivations and requirements for a next step and aligning this with your client’s requirement.

  • Manage the process: arrange interviews and take feedback.

  • Close deals and offer advice to clients and candidates during the offer process.

  • Work closely with the team to share information and cross sell desks and markets they operate in.
