The Person:
High level of energy and enthusiasm

Possess a strong command of English, verbal and written

Candidates will ideally be educated to degree level
Some previous experience working within a sales position such as, Telesales, B2B media sales, Estate agency etc would be advantageous but not essential.

The Role:
Business development: generate new business, generate and follow leads.
Account Management: build relationships ensuring you are always your clients first port of call, and be an advisor on the market you specialise in.
Take job briefs and writing job adverts.
Proactive searches: candidates; database, headhunting, generating referrals, participating in events etc.
Interviews: over the phone and in person, understanding the candidates background and motivations and requirements for a next step and aligning this with your client’s requirement.
Manage the process: arrange interviews and take feedback.
Close deals and offer advice to clients and candidates during the offer process.
Work closely with the team to share information and cross sell desks and markets they operate in.
