The Person:
Experience as a Resourcer, recruitment consultant or strong sales background.
Keen interest within the Finance sector
Good track record of achievement
Good understanding of the recruitment role
Drive and motivation to succeed in recruitment consultancy
Excellent communicate skills, ability to listen, strong work ethic
Enjoy working as part of a team

The Role:
Working as part of the Finance Recruitment team to support in a resourcing capacity
Resourcing suitable Finance candidates up to senior level Qualified
Will be responsible for vetting, screening and interviewing candidates
Will be required to market map and build a candidate network,
To liaise with clients when required
Learn market terminology
Working to targets to earn commission
Working in a collaborative environment
