The Person:

You will have a solid track record of winning new business with SME clients, ideally within the change space but our client is open to seeing people from other sectors. This will suit a senior / principle recruitment consultant who is tenacious and very driven. You are well presented and have excellent communication skills.

The Company:

Established for nearly 20 years our client is a privately owned Financial Services Recruitment Consultancy. They have offices in London and Internationally, most of their staff have returned from furlough and their offices are open again, however they are happy for people to work from home a couple of days a week. The Role:

The emphasis will be on winning new business from new SME clients. You will be completely client facing and have an established delivery team to support you. There is plenty of scope to grow this division into a much bigger area, the plan will be to open up new markets in Consulting, FMCG, Retail and Pharma.
