With your recruitment sector experience, you’ve realised your greatest area of enjoyment and interest lies within all things Sales and Business Development.
Positioning, negotiating, and closing talent solutions is your forte. This maybe part of your role and is where you would now like to fully focus.
Alternatively, you already have a great history of building strong, long- term client relationships.
You have a natural ability to build relationships.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills and listening skills.
Confidence dealing with people at all levels in a professional and friendly manner.
A positive and tenacious attitude with the self-motivation and ambition to identify opportunities and achieve targets with a clear focus on high quality and business profit.

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join the team to grow the client base.
To review and leverage existing client relationships.
Proactively and consistently identify and obtain new business opportunities through lead generation across multiple platforms (LinkedIn/telephone/email, etc).
Negotiate and close agreements with new clients to the point of signing Terms of Business.
Manage the client to provide ongoing support and relationship development once the client is onboarded.
Prepare the necessary documentation, e.g., proposals and Terms of Business.
You will be given lots of autonomy.
