The Role:
To work in the Delivery team across the Technology Contract space
Working with FTSE, Fortune 500, Global brands & Start ups
Pure resourcing/delivery role- sourcing candidates for Contract roles
Placing roles from mid to senior level
Headhunting, Interviewing and delivering against client briefs
Building a strong network of candidates in your market using various methods
Building a candidate brand via advertising and marketing
Working to minimum standards to deliver against client expectations
Great earning potential and career path!
The Person:
Must have experience in recruitment either in a 360 or delivery / resourcing role
Experience in the Technology, or relatable market
Must have a track record of achievement in recruitment/resourcing
Strong candidate relationship building and communication skills
Experience using Linked in and proactively headhunting
Professional, confident, self-motivated
