The Role:
To work in the Delivery team across the Technology/Digital & Transformation space
Pure resourcing/delivery role- sourcing candidates for Contract and Perm roles
Placing roles from mid to senior level
Mapping, headhunting, Interviewing and delivering against client briefs
Building a strong network of candidates in your market using various methods
Building a candidate brand via advertising and marketing
Working to minimum standards to deliver against client expectations
Great earning potential and career path!
The Person:
Must have experience in recruitment either in a 360 or delivery / resourcing role
Experience in the Technology, Digital or Business Transformation markets
Must have a track record of achievement in recruitment/resourcing roles in this space
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Experience in resourcing particularly using Linked in and Headhunting
Professional, confident, self-motivated
