Hybrid role, you will be working from home 2 days in the week and be in the office for 3 days.

The role includes networking with candidates and clients, placing candidates, projects and a major focus on just Delivery!

 

The role is very autonomous, and you can shape it.

 

That role is for someone who has got a big interest in the Digital & Tech space and would like to put their sales or recruitment experience for a good purpose.

 

The Person:

  • Experience in sales, a 180 or 360 recruitment consultant role, researcher role etc;

  • Keen interest in the Tech/Digital space

  • In it for the candidates and someone who cares

  • Ambitious – wants a career in Recruitment

  • Networking with the tech community - building an engaging network of candidates and clients

  • Delivery role – BD is the minor part of the role – they have so much business currently

  • Working on both candidates and clients’ requirements to create successful placements

  • Working towards daily/ weekly/ monthly targets and budgets

  • Client Engagement
