The Role: 

  • Work alongside the founder / MD who is very passionate about their sector and business and has a growth mindset 

  • Lead and train the team to further develop a best-in-class client service 

  • Further develop their offering 

  • Review processes and procedures 

  • Automation will be a key part of this role initially 

  • Making sure compliance is adhered to 

  • Work alongside an external HR consultant in relation to training and HR
