The Role:
This senior role is an excellent opportunity to lead an existing team, of 8 with plans to grow to 30+
Placing mid-to-senior level candidates into tech roles across Insurance, Tech and Financial Services.
Your focus will also include developing new business, ideally within a new sector.

The Person:
You will have previous Director/Partner level experience managing and growing a team of successful high billers, within contract IT recruitment.
You are inspirational and have lots of drive and a solid track record of winning new Business.
You are well presented and have excellent communication skills.
