The Person:
You will be an experienced Senior Manager or Director who has led both temp and perm teams within a Professional Services and Commercial Recruitment firm and are now looking to take a step up.
You will have a strong track record of success and know what it takes to offer a best in class service.
You will be polished, have great interpersonal skills and a real flare for developing and growing a team and business.

The Role:
You will lead the established team from the front on a day-to-day basis, to provide consistency, leadership and development and growth.
You will set a clear vision, goals and strategies.
This is a successful profitable business which successfully navigated its way through Covid and now looking to expand and grow, with the right leadership, hence the search for a new Director.
