Director - Executive Search
Basic c. £80-120k DOE
OTE c. £200-300k+
Benefits include Commission up to 45%, plus equity
Based London + Hybrid with 2 or 3 days in office
The Person:
A broad role, the holistic overall “fit” is of equal importance to the Search, Leadership and Strategic skills you hold.
There is demonstratable experience in your career of winning and delivering C-Suite retained searches, whilst being able to develop more junior members of your team.

The Role:
A Director level leadership role, for individuals seeking to utilize their flair for commercial growth within an Executive Search environment.
Working closely with the CEO to strategically expand the search business across their sector specialisms and functional expertise.
In addition, you will be developing your own pipelines and growing the teams of Consultants and Researchers.
