Established for over 10 years, and with a c25 headcount, this specialist recruitment firm laid the foundations for their Interim Finance division 18 months ago.With a clear strategic goal, their niche client base are high-growth Tech and tech-enabled businesses.

From advising start-ups and SME’s on their first finance hire to partnering their clients in exciting scale-ups, unlike other head hunters, their expertise covers building entire finance functions from entry-level to C-Suite
As specialists they are able to source and match the pace of their client’s requirements across Finance &Accounting, Commercial Finance, Strategy, Corporate Development & M&A.
Heading the Finance Interim division, you will be collaborating with and reporting to the Managing Director of this division who is off to the USA in 2024 to officially launch this brand.
Presently a team of c5 Interim Finance specialists, they are aiming to reach c15 in 18 months and c25 in the next 3 to 4 years. An owner/ managed business, the rate of growth for the Interim division is very much in your hands!
As part of the senior leadership team, this opportunity will utilise your strategic, commercial and people skills to the full.
Leading from the front of a growing division, Business Development is still a key element of the position and with a team of mixed experience, they will be looking to you for realistic learning and shadowing.
