The Person

  • It is critical you have a developed an excellent network and knowledge of the Governance, Risk and Compliance recruitment vertical within the Financially Regulated sector.

  • Being the figurehead for this division, you will need to have strong experience of hiring and developing recruiters, whilst manging the growth and direction of a business unit.

  • Operating at the £80k- £120k+ level, you are accustomed to senior level recruitment and still love nurturing new relationships, whilst executing a first class delivery service to existing business.

  • Taking this service line to the next level, you can demonstrate the part you’ve played in the growth of a recruitment brand in a specialised market.

The Role:

  • Within the Financially Regulated sector, the firm offer advisory services, which in turn generates both “on-demand” (Temp/Interim) and Permanent (Mid to Senior Level) recruitment needs as part of the solution to challenges these clients are trying to solve.

  • Their “on-demand” service now fulfils 150+ temp needs, c20Senior Interims on £1,000+ per day and a growing Permanent division of 1st Line and 2nd line roles, into 5 key sectors – Retail Financial Services, Challenger/Specialist lenders, Consumer Credit, Retail Investment & Pensions and General Insurance.

  • From Head of Operations to Chief Risk Offers and Directors of Compliance – the recruitment team are making a great impact.

  • From “day one” there is there are immediate mandates in household names, an existing network and incredibly successful consultant to manage.
