Your primary responsibilities will include:
Building a high-performance team: Utilise your exceptional leadership and managerial skills to recruit, train, and inspire a team of talented recruiters. Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that drives excellence and achieves business objectives.
Client acquisition and retention: Leverage your extensive industry experience and existing client network to secure new business opportunities. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing tailored recruitment solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.

Office expansion: Once the business is firmly established, you will have the opportunity to open another office in London. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of this expansion, from location selection to team recruitment and operational setup.
