The Person:
You will have a successful track record in the recruitment industry, including managerial experience,
With a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, business development, and client relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have a well-developed network of clients in London and surrounding areas. The ability to bring existing clients to the business will be highly advantageous (to add, our client is very open on sector)
You will have the ambition and drive to start your own recruitment business but may lack the necessary funds. This opportunity offers equity ownership, allowing you to have a stake in the company's success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Building a high-performance team: Utilise your exceptional leadership and managerial skills to recruit, train, and inspire a team of talented recruiters. Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that drives excellence and achieves business objectives.
Client acquisition and retention: Leverage your extensive industry experience and existing client network to secure new business opportunities. Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing tailored recruitment solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
Business development: Drive the growth and expansion of the business by formulating and executing comprehensive business development strategies. Identify new markets, develop partnerships, and explore innovative approaches to establish our presence as a leading recruitment agency in London.
Financial management: Oversee the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring key performance indicators. Ensure profitability and sustainable growth by implementing effective cost management and revenue generation strategies.
Office expansion: Once the business is firmly established, you will have the opportunity to open another office in London. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of this expansion, from location selection to team recruitment and operational setup.
Autonomy and empowerment: You will have full autonomy to shape the recruitment business and lead it in a direction that aligns with your vision.
