Our client is looking for a Recruitment Manager to oversee a team of 4 experienced and high billing A&F recruiters. This is a hands on billing role. Lots of warm and established clients but you will need to also business develop new clients! They have built strong, long-standing relationships with their clients and candidates which is a testament to the quality of service they provide, building networks predominantly through referrals. Lots of networking/attending Events /Client meetings.
