The Person:
Super opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join a high performing team with a track record of successful billing.
Experience at placing senior level HR appointments both contingent and retained search.
Perhaps you are a senior recruiter looking for that next step or you are keen to challenge yourself at the senior end of the market.
You will still enjoy completing all elements of the 360 role as this is a warm build out opportunity

The Role:
An exciting opportunity to join the Executive HR team, handing appointments upwards of £120k.
You will be working across senior appointments within the Rewards and Payroll space,
These are perm and contract roles, both contingent and retained search operating high fees of £20k +
This role will complement the current Rewards & Analytics team focusing on junior – mid market roles.
Working with 5 highly experienced and well networked consultants generating £400k +
There is an established client base to utilise with high profile brands, stretching across the C+I, Financial Services and Professional Services markets.
This is an opportunity to grow and capitalise on this core part of their business.
BD will be required along with the ability to open doors, create new business and cross sell opportunities.
You will need the ability to head hunt and network in order to build a senior talent pool.
The expectation for the desk initially is to bill £200k with long term expectation of £400k +
