Executive Recruitment Consultant - HR Reward & Payroll

Based London – Hybrid working 3 days in the office

The Person:

  • Super opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join a high performing team with a track record of successful billing.

  • Experience at placing senior level HR appointments both contingent and retained search.

  • Perhaps you are a senior recruiter looking for that next step or you are keen to challenge yourself at the senior end of the market.

  • You will still enjoy completing all elements of the 360 role as this is a warm build out opportunity

  • Would suit someone capable of headhunting, networking and identifying the best talent in the market.

The Role: 

  • An exciting opportunity to join the Executive HR team, handing appointments upwards of £120k.

  • You will be working across senior appointments within the Rewards and Payroll space,

  • These are perm and contract roles, both contingent and retained search operating high fees of £20k +

  • This role will complement the current Rewards & Analytics team focusing on junior – mid market roles.

  • Working with 5 highly experienced and well networked consultants generating £400k +

  • There is an established client base to utilise with high profile brands, stretching across the C+I, Financial Services and Professional Services markets. 

  • This is an opportunity to grow and capitalise on this core part of their business.

  • BD will be required along with the ability to open doors, create new business and cross sell opportunities.

  • You will need the ability to head hunt and network in order to build a senior talent pool.

  • The expectation for the desk initially is to bill £200k with long term expectation of £400k +
