Basic c. £45-80k
OTE £100k +

Based London – Hybrid Working, 2 days in the office a week.
Established Global Executive Search Practice Supply Chain and Procurement, Consumer, Pharmaceuticals, Tech, Automotive sectors
Did not furlough any staff or make redundancies!

The Person:
Experienced Executive Search Consultant
Must have worked on some or all retained business
Exposure to the Supply Chain/Procurement market preferable but not essential
Track record of winning new business
Solid CV history and billing track record
Proactive approach to recruitment & able to influence and sell solutions.
Able to work credibly at senior level and control a process
Excellent communication skills

To work with the Procurement / Supply Chain team
Working on Search/Retained work
85% of work is international- Europe, North America and Asia
90% of work is retained
Average placement fee is £30k+
Assisted by a team of Researchers and Administrators
