The Person:
You will have professional services recruitment experience, ideally from within HR, Legal or Finance; coupled with strong business development and leadership skills, as they need someone who is capable of developing junior consultants.
People who are consultative, analytical, emotionally intelligent, will really suit this sector.
You must be motivated, driven by results and looking to secure a long-term career.
