The Person:
Looking for someone an experienced Perm Recruitment Consultant to join this lovely team of professionals.
Will to cross train if you have an interest in Creative or are Creative as a person.
You will enjoy a non KPI environment where the BD is more networking and building great working relationships with an already very established desk.
You will have the desire to work with intelligent, fun yet super professional colleagues who absolutely love what they do!
They are keen to get an experienced Recruitment Consultant on board who will want to grow and establish themselves in a hot DESK with the right guidance and knowledge imparted.

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a process effectively from start to finish with finesse.Someone who enjoys speaking to clients and building relationships; a real networker with clients and candidates alike.

The Role:
Experienced Permanent Consultant working on the Design or Client Services desk – HOT desks - Tons of business!
Taking detailed briefs and advertising roles on job boards and LinkedIn.
Headhunting candidates.
Identifying new clients through networking (NO BD)- and nurturing existing clients.
Briefing candidates on roles, formatting CVs and sending CVs to clients.
Ensuring the client is updated throughout the process.
Attending client meetings and developing relationships.
