You will have had previous experience of People/HR leadership, across a range of roles and levels
Whilst agency recruitment experience is not essential an understanding of this market will be key
You are commercial, share a passion for driving cultural change and business values
You will have previous experience of implementing a global people process including creating standardised appraisal systems, induction and training plans, disciplinary processes etc in addition to building and developing the global culture.
