The Person:
The company are looking for an individual who has some of the following characteristics to join as a Graduate/Trainee Consultant:
Highly driven

The role of a Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant –
Speaking to candidates/clients over the phone and video chat
Being the key point of contact for your candidates and clients and providing a high level of service
Ensuring the database is updated daily.
Seeking out new clients
Dedicating a day per week to speaking to new candidates and providing them free advice/help
Headhunting candidates for roles
