The Role of a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant…
Speaking to candidates/clients over the phone and video chat
Being the key point of contact for your candidates and clients and providing a high level of service
Using a range of different techniques to headhunt i.e., database, LinkedIn.
Ensuring the database is updated daily.
Seeking out new clients
Dedicating a day per week to speaking to new candidates and providing them free advice/help
