Basic to £55k and a guarantee

The Role:

  • As part of a restructure an opportunity has come up to build a temporary A&F team to a headcount of 6 by the end of 2022 - Q1 2023.

  • Working alongside an established perm team who recruit all levels of A&F into Financial Services clients, you will be tasked with building their temp team.

  • The vision is to immediately hire 3 heads and grow this to 6.

  • The temp team covers all the interim roles as well as all FTC’s up to 12 months.

  • They have a very established client base to use and warm jobs coming in. This business has an excellent name in the market and reputation for high standards.

  • This is a high performing, hard work culture although not KPI driven.

  • You will look to make improvements to maximise business performance.

The Person:

  • You will be an aspiring Senior Consultant or Manager with a solid A&F recruitment background.

  • You will have a strong and stable track record of achievement/billing temp teams and building good client relationships.

  • Ideally suit a professional that has a passion for recruitment, who is credible and commercially aware.

  • A team player is essential.
