The Person
The CEO is seeking an individual either ready to take their step into Management or in a leadership role presently.
Successful track record in recruitment, where you have consistently achieved/exceeded business goals in a targeted, solution led and consultative sales environment.
Experience of developing Consultant teams
Leading from the front, you pride yourself on your great worth ethic, being commercially astute and holding yourself to high standards (clients can be quite demanding!)

The Role
Managing and developing a current team of 3, with plans to grow and scale.
As a team, roles range from traditional Corporate Head office functions including Finance, HR, Marketing and Business Support through to those found in Retail HQ’s – including Designers, Merchandisers, Buyers and Production managers.
Across Permanent and Freelance, roles can reach over £100k+, including retained work.
Happy to bill and contribute, the team is supported by excellent marketing, a Resourcing team and targets are in the region of £600k for next year.
