Reporting into the MD of an owner managed business
You will have a strong interim background from a professional services recruitment consultancy background
You will have strong leadership qualities: having hired, trained and developed staff
You are commercially aware and driven but enjoy working in a collaborative way
Other qualities required include having strong values, be a team player and a truly consultative approach
