The Role:

  • This is a hands on billing role with a business development focus.

  • Consultants are encouraged to work autonomously, they are bright and ambitious self-starters

  • You will need a strong and smart leader to help further develop the team.

The Person:

  • You will be an experienced Team Leader / Manager with a track record of running a Legal recruitment team, ideally within practice.

  • You will be polished in presentation with excellent communication skills.

  • The ideal candidate must be credible and commercial, will lead from the front and have a track record of success.
