​Manager – Marketing Recruitment  

Basic £85k  

OTE £120k+

  • You will be part of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO 

  • High profile brand and clients, which includes over 150 PSL relationships 

  • Have strategic direction for the marketing and digital recruitment team across UK and Europe 

  • Marketing recruitment would be ideal but candidates from other sectors will be considered 

  

The Person: 

  • You are an ambitious, collaborative, and commercial team player 

  • You have experience of managing and developing staff 

  • You will ideally have had exposure to interim, contract and perm recruitment 

  • Have experience of developing strategies and business plans 

  • Enjoy making and developing client relationships   

  • Must be credible and confident to manage high profile clients

The Role:   

  • Setting the strategic direction for the marketing and digital recruitment team across UK and Europe 

  • Lead and develop a team of marketing recruiters, which currently comprises of 2 

  • Grow the team by another 5 marketing and digital recruiters within 12 months 

  • You will have full P&L responsibilities 

  • This is a hands-on billing role, some of your work will be retained  

  • Will include networking and cross selling to maximise the client potential  

  • To manage and fulfil high profile client accounts  

  • Lots of internal sharing and networking
