An established Recruitment Consultancy with a strong brand and lots of marketing support. Lots of training and career development are on offer. There is an opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week!
This is a Billing Manager role, where you will lead and develop a team of established Recruitment Consultants. You will have full management of P&L and budgets and take ownership of any process improvements needed to help grow the business. Lots of Business development and account management will be required to grow the division, lots of cross selling from the temp and perm team interaction.
You will be an experienced Manager who has led both temp and perm teams within a Secretarial Recruitment firm. You will have a strong track record of success.You will be happy to manage people whilst simultaneously looking after your own clients / desk.You will be polished, have great interpersonal skills and a real flare for developing and growing a team and business.
