The Person
Proven track record in recruitment, with a real drive to push the brand forward and ideally (but not essential) a good knowledge of the GCC.
Extremely social, very confident and willing to interact with clients and candidates in person wherever possible.
Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of building and managing a high-performing recruitment team.
Natural sales ability and results-orientated mindset with a focus on driving business growth
Able to multitask and work at a quick pace.

They recruit Private Hospitality staff from junior to senior level globally with offices in London, Dubai and Miami
Clients range from Palaces, Yachts, Jets, Villas and Chalets with a focus on senior Private Staffing positions such as Estate Managers, House Managers, Villa Managers, Captains of Yachts, PA, Chief of Staff, Childcare Governess.
Typically, their consultants are billing £200k to £250k per year – and are all a great bunch of people with high standards and a real zest for life!
The Sales team are supported by an immensely supportive, visible and innovative senior leadership team.
The Role
Hugely exciting new opportunity for an experienced recruitment specialist to Managing the UAE office in Dubai.
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle of all vacancies across the Middle East, as well as devising and implementing effective business development strategies to expand your client base and grow the division.
Full authority to hire and manage your own recruitment team, your own P&L and really take ownership of every aspect of the Middle East division.
You will conduct initial training in their London office before moving to Dubai to live and work permanently, with weekly meetings with the London team.
